What is ADP used for?
ADP will be used by employees for the following items:
Review paystubs
Review tax information
Review direct deposit information
Submit sick time
Note, as of 7/18 sick time will still be submitted in Paylocity. Sick time balances will be loaded into ADP soon.
*under no circumstance should an employee make any edits on ADP. If data is incorrect, please submit a request below.
What is Harri used for?
Harri will be used by employees for the following items:
View schedule
Pick up shifts / Swap Shifts
Clock in / Clock out
Review Timesheet
Fill out employee surveys
Request Time Off / Update Availability
Apply for new roles and promotional opportunities

How to get employee pin:
TeamLive app -> More -> Settings ->TeamHubPin
This pin is not customizable.
How to reset your biometric scan:
On the TeamHub clock-in screen, the employee should fail facial recognition 3 times (e.g., by covering the camera or looking away)
TeamHub will then prompt them to log in using their PIN
After logging in with the PIN, the Biometric Consent screen will automatically reappear
The employee accepts consent, and a new face photo is captured to complete re-enrollment
How can I review my timesheet from another stand?
To review your timesheet from another location - click the menu in the bottom right -> the dots next to your home stand name, change the location.
What do I do if I have a missing a punch?
Create a submission on our missing punch tracker. The QR code is in stand as well as on the Brewista page on DailyGrindNE. (Orange employees will use TeamLive Comms Hub to communicate missing punches).
