Cultivator of Kindness Spotlight: Mia Zajac

Mia is the definition of kindness in action. She shows up every day with a huge heart, bringing positivity and good vibes to every customer and teammate she connects with. Her energy is contagious and plays a big part in what makes Orange feel so special.

As a shift lead, Mia absolutely crushes it. She’s quick on her feet, stays cool under pressure, and is always the first to jump in and help anyone who needs it. No matter what’s going on, she’s lifting people up and keeping the team motivated.

We’re so proud of Mia and all the growth she’s shown she’s truly one of the best and a perfect example of what it means to be a Cultivator of Kindness 💛

Jackie brings such a genuine, caring energy that our regulars literally come back just to see her, it’s that kind of impact.

She’s not only amazing with customers, but she also shows so much love to her fellow brewistas. Jackie is always lifting people up, creating smiles, and showing up as her best self every single day. From coming up with fun daily questions to decorating the lane and helping new hires feel welcome, she goes above and beyond in everything she does.
